محمدباقر قالیباف رئیس مجلس شورای اسلامی در جلسه اخیر کمیسیون تلفیق به موضوعات مهمی همچون حقوق و دستمزد، تسهیلات و توجه ویژه به کارمندان و کارگران پرداخت. در این جلسه، مهدی اسماعیلی، عضو کمیسیون اجتماعی مجلس، به بررسی گلایه‌های بازنشستگان از اجرای ناقص طرح متناسب‌سازی حقوق پرداخته و تأکید کرد که این قشر به شدت از فشارهای اقتصادی و تورم آسیب دیده‌اند. او همچنین به مشکلات و موانع اجرای متناسب‌سازی اشاره کرد و توضیح داد که دولت با کمبود منابع روبرو است، اما همچنان تلاش می‌کند تا اصلاحات لازم را در این زمینه انجام دهد.

اسماعیلی در ادامه گفت که متناسب‌سازی حقوق در ابتدا برای بازنشستگان قبل از سال 1400 بیشتر محسوس بوده، ولی بازنشستگان پس از این سال، حقوق بهتری نسبت به پیشینیان دریافت کرده‌اند. وی افزود که آیین‌نامه اجرایی متناسب‌سازی هنوز به سازمان بازنشستگی کشوری ارسال نشده و در صورتی که اصلاحات سریع‌تر انجام نشود، پرداختی‌ها مانند ماه‌های گذشته ادامه خواهد داشت.

عضو کمیسیون اجتماعی همچنین اظهار کرد که مجلس همچنان به دنبال اجرای کامل قانون مصوب خود است و دولت موظف است تا اصلاحیه‌های لازم را اعمال کند. وی افزود که اصلاحات آیین‌نامه به خصوص برای بازنشستگان با شرایط خاص ضروری است تا متناسب‌سازی به درستی اجرا شود.

در نهایت، اسماعیلی تأکید کرد که اگر قانون به درستی اجرا شود، در پایان سه سال، بازنشستگان شاهد افزایش محسوس حقوق خود خواهند بود و این گامی مؤثر در جهت بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی آنان خواهد بود.
